Hi, i have a Super Hub 2, which understand is now outdated and should be replaced by Virgin. Tried the the 0345 phone number but then the online help tool does not lead to an upgrade router option that i can find after several attempts to trawl through it.
Does anyone have a phone number (not then leading to a chat tool) where i can request one please?

Is the SH2 actually faulty? If it were then when the Tech visited the first thing they would do is remove that and replace with a Hub3/4/5. Or if you are otherwise happy with the VM service and you are now on the rolling 30-day contract - you would get a very good offer to upgrade your package in lieu of a new 18month contract.
What speed package are you currently on and how much does it cost ?
