Hey,
I have ordered a wifi router that had a delivery date set for today however this has not appeared, I haven’t received any dispatch confirmation nor any other information from yodel. I cannot use customer services either due to not having an account number. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Finally have the contract sorted, Natalie was very good with helping sort it out. It was confirmed that the router could be delivered to an alternative address due to no one being present at the home on the available dates, however upon looking at my order details the address has not been updated. It’s not clear who I can contact in regards to this so any help would be great.

I am having the same issue. I was meant to get my router delivered yesterday and I am still waiting for the tracking number. I also do not have an account number therefore I am unable to go through to customer support.

Hello, my equipment also did not arrive on the date I was given and I haven’t heard anything since
