Renewed contract now getting billed diffrent amout

Hi could someone give me the number to contact for a resolution I am getting given contradicting information every time I speak to a member of staff as a result of this my bill is no longer getting paid as I'm getting told my contracted amount is no longer what I agreed a month ago
