Hi. I have a red light on my router.
it’s not hot but is faulty, done the reset etc
hoping someone from virgin will see this and get in touch, had it before and the people on the phone were not very helpful.

Yes it is a hub 3. Clearly they are not the best hubs as this will be the 2nd time now.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a while, hope you have kept well, sorry to hear you have a red light on your Router which remains after a reset, is this a red light or is it due to the LED's fading, when you say the HUB is faulty what other issues are you facing?

it is a red light. We have been having problems with the internet not working, dropping in and out, being slow at times.
