Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forum, its great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your Hub but not to worry we can certainly assist here.
Can I ask if the Hub is in an open and well ventilated area? Also have you been able to try pushing a pen etc into the reset hole at the back of the Hub and hold in for 30 seconds?
