This evening the red light on my hub came on and have run thru all the troubleshooting to no avail. Having to work from home so this is a bit of a nuisance.
Does anyone know how long it would take for a replacement router to arrive?

Hub replacements are a free technician call-out. I have escalated the thread as the red light is a safety issue. The forum team should respond shortly & can get this booked in for you.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on your hub
I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange for an engineer to attend and swap this.
Would you please make sure the hub is way from any direct source of heat and in a well ventilated place.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
