Red light on hub and warm

Joining in


My hub has a constant red light and is warm to the touch.

I see some other posts here saying I might need a replacement.

Please let me know if a new one is needed.

Sorry to hear of your concern with the red light warning on the hub. 
Sometimes this can be just an LED error on the hub rather than anything more, to test this can you please try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.

Let us know if the light remains red after this pin hole reset and we'll assist further.

We tried to reset it but same issue. The red light has been showing for past two weeks.

What are the next steps?

Thanks for coming back to us @mb16, thanks for confirming that the reset has been attempted. 

I'd be happy to have this looked into, which will result in the hub being replaced, due to the nature of the fault.
