Red light on hub 3

Hi all,

Like many previous posts, the LED that normally shows as white in our hub 3 is now red.  We've followed the guidance on these forums, restarted the hub and ensured that it is in a well ventilated place, but even after restarting the hub the once white LED remains red. 

It is warm to the touch, but not hot.

Please could someone advise?

Hey DarrenandMagda, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.

I am going to send you a PM but in the meanwhile please can you try these steps;

 

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

Hi Matt, thanks for this and we have responded to the PM.  We have already tried what you have suggested on a number of occasions and the Hub light remains red.
