Red light on V3 router

Hi,

I have a steady red light on my V3 router box. I've tried all the resets as described in other posts, (reboot, reset, etc) and I still have the light. The box is NOT hot to the touch.

Any suggestions ?

Hi @flames7607 👋 Thank you for your post and welcome to the Virgin Media Community 😀

In the first instance, we'd advise you to follow the below steps in the following order:
 

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight

• Use the power switch to turn the unit back on

If you've followed the steps and the router isn't booting back up after a few minutes, or the red light returns when it does, it'll need replacing.
