Red light on Hub

Hi

My internet has been shockingly slow for a couple weeks now, I had a permanent red light on my hub 3. It's not covered, it's upright and out of any sunlight. I've reset it and the red light stays on but it isn't hot to touch. Is this faulty/needs replacing?

Please do a pin-hole reset of the hub. If the red LED persists then the hub will need replacing.

Thanks for your reply, I have done this reset twice and red light returns instantly 😞
