Red light on Hub

I have the red light that will not go away. I have tried to reset the hub and as recommended on these forums etc.I also called and the agent said basically 'if there is no smoke coming from it not to worry, and it's normal'.

I do not find this normal. In addition, I am worried about any potential safety issue. I am happy to return the Hub if I can be sent a replacement.

they said the same to me so I rang and asked for UK based team and they organised an engineer visit who promptly changed the unit
