Red light on Hub 3

I got back to my house yesterday after being away for four days. The hub light is staying red even after restarting, resetting and unplugging for half an hour.

From the Hub 3 admin menu >> Network diagnostic tool
scroll down to the Temperature entry It is Normal ?

Welcome to the community forums

Sorry to hear of your concern with your hub's red light. This is usually down to an LED error rather than anything more. Let us know if you're hub admin page is showing any signs that the temperature of the router is different than normal and please can you try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.

I have checked the hubs admin page and the temperature displays as normal, and just did a 60 second pin hole reset to no avail
