Red light on Hub 3

had a solid red light on my Hub 3 for a matter of months, internet still works but does fall on and out of connection a lot more. Tried resets, cables out, restarting and turning it off for the day whilst at work and nothing has changed. 

customer service see connection so not able to do anything. Meh!!

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Anders84, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, and a warm welcome to community.

I am going to send you a DM to get this resolved, please do look out for it.

In the meanwhile please do try these steps;

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
