Hello,
The constant red light on my hub3 started a few months ago. I have regular intermittent connectivity and the router is starting to power cycle itself randomly.
I have performed a full reset with the pin. The router is in a cool well ventilated place and all cables are connected correctly. I have run multiple tests over multiple weeks from the myVM app.
Please could you assist me in replacing this router? The phone lines are impossible to get through no matter how many times I try and the chat bot is useless
