On our wavelength

im in the same situation, the red lights been on for weeks and im afraid it could be a fire hazard, ive tried resetting but it comes back red, ive also had no luck connecting a smart doorbell and light switch and sent them back, its a hub 3.

Problem sorter

Unplug it for ten minutes psycho and retry. If still red call it in as a fault on 0345 454 1111.

hiya, ive reset it loads of times before and it just comes back red every time, its out in the open and not near any heat sources, cheers.
