Same issue now with my hub 3. Solid Red light for a few days. Tried turning off and moving so it can't be overheating. Then tried pinhole reset to no avail. Now tried logging on the the hub and it is not recognised from its ip address. How can I move forward and possibly ask for a replacement hub?

Managed to login to hub and it says all working ok except telephony (not in use yet), and some devices too far away from router. Nothing about the router itself except is it too hot? (it feels warm at the very top but ok elsewhere and is well ventilated) Any thoughts?
