Qam wrong?

Hi can someone tell me if my qam is wrong please?. My upload qam is always 64 as is everyone's I have 1 channel 32qam and 2 at 16qam I think 64 symbols is more data than 16 no?

Hi can I get some help for my elderly parents please as this been going on for months now. You sent 2 engineers who done nothing literally, one said he phoned networks but went outside to speak to them so im dubious he did, although he did say they reported bad snr for south brisitol...

Here is her netlog and bqm for last 5 days and some bqms from last week, and a new error I've never seen in excess of 6db below the value... ( dynamic range window? Loss of connection?) ds power to high for 3.1 nearly maxed? Us power for 3.0 nearly limit, ds tilt 3.7db, Synchronization failure every day problem? Docsis says so, stats below. Bqm shows this as you have seen before, and there tv is still freezing and pixelating this is unacceptable, every Sunday im there and i get it in the ear that there tv is freezing, I want resolution for them ASAP they been with you for 20 years and are now to old for this, I want there tv they pay on time every time fixed. Bqm 1st 5 is the last 5 days and then ones from the last 2 weeks.

Hi so internet dropped off about an hour ago still not back on, done a virgin test says problems with my tv which I don't have but broadband is good. Yet when it says what is the problem I select broadband as I havent any. It done a test but amazingly it couldn't run the test.... why as I'm not online lol how stupid is that. Then says talk with us online chat, so i pressed but that doesn't work either another great day of service troubleshooting my package.

We can see that you have posted on an alternative thread here to which my colleague Arissa has replied offering further assistance.

Hi the reason it is now back online, the time elapsed from me reporting it and you responding/saw it. I actually got it back online from an helpful overseas tech can you believe, he couldn't believe that the new router you gave me (hub4) a while back as vm contacted me saying the one I had was faulty wasn't even registered to me. 

I do not think that was a problem though I seen the config file, my connection was turned off, unless you have further information for me to clarify why my Internet was off for 24 hrs?.

Because it will look better for vm seph, this one has gone unresolved for all this time. So they want me to start from fresh on another thread where I can be ignored. I'm not blaming the forum help as there hands are tied... its networks. Even if another million people were added to the network and there was smoke coming out the drop cables and modulations were down to BPSK 2qam long as there is a signal what ever its like 👍 thats ok 👌.

If it continues in the new year on this new contract I've said it 100 times and been accommodating and very patient to resolution, with all that time ive waited. Then I will take my droves of evidence to small claims for myself and my family. As there's obviously no cares given for us. By then I will have time to do what needs to be done.

 

Are you taking the ABSOLUTE mick? You have cut my Internet AGAIN 1 day after someone gets it back online. And 1 week into a new contract, I can't leave if that's why virgin are doing this configfile.cancel connection, all I can do is sue your ass for the entire year of crap internet and problems and this morning report virgin media to ofcom which and lutz Schüler. I believe this was intentional there is no other explanation. You contact me to tell me my hub is faulty, then give me a so called brand new hub and now this bs. 

You said I had another colleague Arissa send me a message? There is no message on my profile for any thread, all I received was a engineer booking on my text message, can you tell me what is going on please as its off again. Doesn't virgin media know with no Internet in 2023 it shuts a whole house down?
