Port Forwarding on Hub 3 - cannot add new rules

I have a hub 3 and it has worked fine for a good couple of years. I needed to add a port forwarding rule but every time I try to add a rule I get a message that says rule already exists. I also have a couple of forwarding rules that I don't need anymore and I cannot delete them. I can enable or disable, but when I select delete they simply stay in the list.

I don't have DMZ configured or upnp so stumped as to what to do ?

Thanks in advance.

You could try a pin-hole reset, although I not sure if this would remove the old rules. Worth a try.

As above and from memory PF rules had to be added in order i.e. by ascending port numbers.  Don't know if that's still the case/

Hub 3 can be quite fussy about the web browser.

E.g. Network diagnostic test -  always fails in Firefox & always works in Edge
DHCP Reserved list - worked Firefox but have been reported to fail in Chrome

Try Firefox ( a non chromium browser ) and try Chrome / Edge ( both chromium browsers )
to see if the Hub 3 menus perform correctly in one or the other.

Not browser or sequence of rules. Looks like a pinhole reset and cross fingers this hub comes back to life.

Thanks for your input

Resolved - had to factory reset but can now add forwarding rules. No manner of browser/Os/Device would allow me to enter forwarding rules, had to reset.
