Poor WiFi!!!

I am having so many problems with my WiFi signal. 
I have a WiFi pod but think I need another. I have tried to request this but not had any joy and told to request it online. Here is an example of the scan results and this is with 1 pod. I wonder if someone from the virgin team would contact me as I am the stage that I am looking for another provider.

Make sure the current VM Pod is installed at a location that has decent coverage from the VM Hub.

A VM Pod ( a Wireless Repeater ) installed in a Wi-Fi dead spot (e.g. a remote office) may make the situation worse.

Sorry to see the slow speeds through your connect app.

Also please accept my apologies for not being able to order a 2nd pod.

We can get one sent out to you from here, but we just need to make sure the 1st pod is in the ideal location.

Is the pod positioned halfway between the Hub and the poor WiFi area.

If not then we can look at sending out another pod after passing security.

Yes, the pod is positioned half way between the hub and the dining room and still having issues I’m afraid.
