Poor Network and WIFI

Hi

I feel like i'm starting to get issues with my connection again and my WIFI seems a bit shabby lately.

I'm sure my power levels were fixed previously on multiple occasions and the last engineer said he had put something on my wire in the cabinet to advise other engineers not to move my wire or whatever it is in there.

but im not sure if someone has done something in the cabinet because my power levels seem to have rocketed from like 1 to over 7

We avoid restarting the VM Hub, it is not a fix for external faults.

The VM Hub has more plenty of signal from the street cabinet,
distance is not the issue, line noise is behind the errors.

Check all of your VM cables are secure at the wall and at the Hub or TV STBs.

Check for a known service fault your street using both of :

Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

My concern would be the high numbers of Pre RS Errors & Post RS Errors affecting all channels.

I do restart my hub quite regularly because of those

      System up time    :    8day(s)22h:15m:22s

I am quite a way from the cabinet and had a repull with RG11 cable being used
