Poor WiFi coverage in house - how can I order the WiFi pods?

Been through the app to Home Scan, discovered the coverage is poor in some rooms and I'm eligible for free WiFi pods as a Volt customer. It is, however, very unclear where I can actually order these. Can anyone point in the right direction?

hi, I called customer services for mine it’s quite long-winded so make sure you’ve got some free time and they do take awhile to arrive

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some Wi-Fi connection issues recently. If you perform a scan on the Connect App and it detects an issue that could be alleviated with a Wi-Fi Pod then it should give you an option to order it directly via the app. What does it state exactly when the scan is complete?
