No internet connection my hub 3 flashing green I tried unplug and restart but still flashing green please help

Our Hub 3 does this when the VM network has gone down in our street.

I'm very sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your Hub recently and that you've also had problems with gaining and maintaining a connection. I've checked over things on our systems and no know faults are being detected currently that would explain this.

How are things for you today? Any better at all?
