New hub set up but now won’t reconnect the wifi pods

On our wavelength

I had a new hub as my old one broke it’s all set up and everything is working apart from the wifi pod. When I use the VM Connect app it says it can’t find the pod I have left it for days but nothing works. Any advice much appreciated!

The old HUB may still be on your account, meaning the pods will not try connecting to the new HUB.

Only VM can sort this, nothing you can do.


Call the activation number 0800 953 9500, request the VM Pods are paired to the replacement Hub.

For the call have to hand your VM a/c number, the full details from the Hub’s sticker and ALL the VM Pods.

You may think VM are bone idle for not dealing with this when a new Hub is issued, I couldn't possibly comment.
