Just got new hub 5 and everything seems to be working fine apart from all my devices are still showing the old hub 3 name and using the old password. None of my devices have picked up the new hub. It seems the new hub has been activated and I'm getting the good download speeds but somehow has kept the old hub and password details. Is there any way of connecting to the new hub 5 number and deleting the old one?

Have your devices to use the hub 5 SSID and password found on the hub

Are you using range extenders or pods?

Using the old Hub 3's SSID / Passwords are your devices gaining access to the internet ?

Yes. Reset hub 5 this morning old hub disappeared and found new hub name but when prompted to enter wifi password to connect it wouldn't connect then it vanished and the old hub 3 WiFi appeared back with everything still connected. Very strange. Everything is working pergect but I'm just curious as why it has kept old hub and password and won't connect to new hub

On each device you need to forget/delete the old SSID so that it no longer shows on that device.
Then start again to find the new SSID and the new WiFi password.

Connect to the Hub 5's admin console via a wired connection and check what the SSID is being broadcast from the Hub 5.
