Hi @dwaynepipe

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the Pod issues.

There are a few requirements for the Pods to work with our Hubs:

•    The Hub must be in 'Router Mode' and not have been changed to 'Modem Mode'.
•    Channel Optimisation must be left on.
•    The SSIDs must be the same and broadcast enabled.
•    The SSID must be password protected.
•    The Passphrases of the SSIDs must match.

As long as all of the above points are all met then the Pod should automatically connect to your Hub's Wi-Fi and begin broadcasting. The wireless details from the Pod will be the same as the Hub's details, so no additional steps are required to connect the devices in the home.

Have you followed the above? Best wishes.

Hi John first off thankyou for  help I appreciate it ok

Didn't connect because optimisation was off because it made the router run faster so now it's connected can I turn it off again and select the channels I want to broadcast to make it faster again or do I have to leave it on and still get the slow speeds ?????

router supposed to get 1ghz package im next to router with iPhone 15

With optimisation on running at 114 mbps

With optimisation off running at 680 mbps

The "Intelligent Wifi" is designed to work with the Hub set to "out of the box" settings, i.e. just leave everything alone.  The Pods and the Hub should work out the best setup within a few days, and they are supposed to constantly reconfigure on the fly.  BTW, I've no idea if this is the case, as I don't use the Pods.  I've always used my own Wifi access points.

We have Disabled "Wireless Channel Optimization",
(when enabled) the loss of compatibility and conflicting channel changes were unacceptable.

We have Wi-Fi Access Points - we shall not be considering VM's un-configurable Pods.

Hey dwaynepipe, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.

I can see you've spoke to the team since this post, did they manage to help at all?
