Network dropping/white light flashing every 30 mins

Since this morning my router drops network and I get white flashing light on the hour and half past the hour. This only lasts a few minutes. 

I have logged in and shows  DBC-REQ Mismatch Between Calculated Value for P1.6hi Compared to CCAP Provided Value;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

Any ideas?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service. I have taken a look and I can see that there is an outage in your area currently with an estimated fix time of April 9th at 2.05pm.
