I havent been able to connect to the internet since my installation date 3 days ago (look at my previous post) I have decided to call them up and cancel unless they can reslove my problem. But in the meantime I have done some digging around and have come across this page (look at pictures). Does anyone know why I have been denied network access and is this something I can fix myself or do I have to book an engineer?

This isn't an issue you can fix. If it is the same 'PON ID' problem that others have mentioned, with the same symptoms, then it is something VM has to remedy.
