Network access - not allowed. Hub5x

Had Virgin installed in Saturday - 1gig, Hub 5x. The router has been left with a solid green light and no internet access. It has never had a white light. When I log into the hub, it says ‘not allowed’ next to Network Access. Can anyone please help? Support from Virgin has been useless so far. Technician left his details to keep me updated but seems to be ghosting me.

Yet the OPs posts from three months back mention Hub 5x activation issues.

Unfortunately, this is a different issue. 3 months ago we had a solid yellow light. Virgin said their services were not yet available in the area - they realised this after the install. The contract was cancelled. It is now apparently live (BIDB confirms this) so we tried again. We now have a solid green light with no internet. De ja vu with a different light colour!

  • Press the pinhole factory reset button for 30 seconds with the tip of a pen and leave it for 5–10 minutes to start up.

Have done this and it flashes white before going to the solid green colour.

        Hi Rovers123
