Network access: Not allowed

I’m having the same problem but I’m now 77 days without internet because they won’t fix the issue did you get it sorted

    Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

    If this is a VM HUB 5x i.e. and XGS-PON installation make that clear to the call handler.

    Hub 5x looks like this on the rear side ...

  • Bloody joke virgin media 77 days of back and forth with customer service network access not allowed apparently yet call they can’t fix it waiting on phone calls I never receive ofcom is coming for virgin

        Complete loss of service won’t connect to internet amber light switched off and on reset it have done everything
