A few days ago my computer lost internet connection, I tried a few things to fix it, couldn't do it so I rebooted my computer with a fresh install. Tonight I find myself in the same situation only a few days on with my child's computer upstairs. after looking around I found the connection says "Cant reach the DHCP server" Ive also noticed that in the Hub Network Log I see this:

I'm not sure what all this means but it doesn't sound good. I need to know how to fix this because ive tried:
Restarting the router
Checked the cables
Reinstalled the network Driver and nothing so far has worked.

How are the 2 computers connected to the Hub 3 ?
Is the Hub 3 DHCP server working for other kit like mobile phones or TVs over Wi-Fi
what about any other directly network cabled devices e.g. a laptop on a short cable ?

The downstairs one (mine) is a direct connection with an ethernet cable, the upstairs computer uses and ethernet cable that connects through a TP-Link socket and another cable/socket downstairs connecting into the router.

Also yes all other devices seem to be operating ok only both computers have been affected so far.

If a 60 second press of RESET does not bring the Hub 3 ports alive a replacement Hub will be needed.

VM firmware broken stuff use hub in modem mode some how to change to that then get a better router with 1Gb ports
of course its possible the hub is faulty and you need a new one
