My internet cutting out when I plug my PC to 2.5gbps port .If I plug it in some of the others ports of the hub works fine but then I dont get the full speed of my internet. Technician came and change some connection box , change the hub it self ran test and said all look good. After I started to use the Pc 1h later everting started again. This time didnt kicked me out of the game but still give me msg for lost connection with internet and put massive lag . and after that for 40-60 min work fine and then everything repeat. I have no idea what to do so it will run without cutting out

In the PC's Device Manager disable Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) for the network adaptor.
Then try again via the Hub 5's 2.5Gb/s port.
Some PC network adaptors do not auto negotiate to 2.5Gb/s,
so you may need to set 2.5Gb/s manually in the Speed & Duplex options of the PC's NIC.
I agree with @Client62 about disabling EEE for the network adaptor, but would also double check all EEE settings in device manager in case there are any additional EEE settings. My network adaptor has a few EEE settings which I have disabled:-
Advanced EEE; Energy_Efficient Internet; and Green Ethernet
I have EEE Max Support Speed set to 2.5Gbps Full Duplex, and also Speed & Duplex set to 2.5Gbps Full Duplex

Which motherboard are you using?
Some integrated 2.5Gbps ethernet ports are known for being unstable when connected at 2.5Gbps.

Is that mean I must change hubs till find one that works?

No, I'm asking what motherboard you are using as "Some integrated 2.5Gbps ethernet ports are known for being unstable when connected at 2.5Gbps.".

Is there a 2.5Gb/s or faster port on the PC ?
If not, using the Hub 5's 2.5Gb/s port will gain nothing.
In the PC's Device Manager disable Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) for the network adaptor.

Gigabyte b550 master. I use it for 3y . It has only one LAN port and never gave me problems till they replaced the broadband for high speed. If i lpug it in the rest of the broadband ports has no issue but doesn't get the max speed.

Yes, however, previously it would have been connected to a 1Gbps router/HUB.
Try the above suggestions related to EEE (Power saving).
