Multiple issues - Hub not found, Broadband constantly dropped

Hello

I recently switched to VM as my old provider, Upp, was sold to them. I had the service (full fibre ) setup a couple of weeks ago and the last few days the hub has been constantly disconnecting (red flashing light). This is especially annoying as I work from home and my calls are being dropped. I tried to power cycle the r

Hub but this didn't help, and now I can connect to it with the apps. I tried to go through the re-install option but it says that it cannot find it. The WiFi and broadband are working (for now) but I can't get any app to connect. I can connect via the IP of the hub. Online checks keep reporting some issues but suggests no fix that works.

This is really, really frustrating.

 

Not sure if this is the right board. It won't let me change it!
