Hello, i'd like someone at Virgin Media to contact me please (I've tried and failed by phone)
The issue i have is that i keep losing broadband for just a few seconds which is enough for me to lose my connections to a vpn, outlook etc. The issue has only started since i upgraded to 500mb as i wanted to improve my upload speeds. Resetting the hub does seem to resolve the issue for a few days but back it comes again!
I'm wondering if maybe the Hub 3 doesn't like the new speeds? There's obviously a lot of info around this on this group but i'd like Virgin to check if they can see any issues please? or arrange a technician to visit.
