Hi ,
The couple of days my internet keeps freezing and will not work on any device in the house. I.e phone or TV . I have checked and there are no faults in the area. I have even re-booted the hub with the 20 minute wait on my virgin media account and that has made no difference. My hub is showing an orange light as it has never shown white. How can I fix this issue ?
