Hi my internet is failing and dropping out on video calls for work, but using TV(netflix etc) is all fine.
Can't understand it. Signal good and the app says fine. Have run various reset etc still same. Any ideas.

Having Child Safe enabled in the VM Online Account can block / disrupt video calls on a range of platforms.
