Intermittent connection

For the past 3 days, I've had Internet problems, first the modem started flashing green lights and no Internet the following day everything seemed normal but since then the Internet on WiFi or ethernet is disconnected for a few seconds then reconnecting, this is now continuous over the past day, can this be looked at, I'm getting a message that virgin is aware of the problem however my brother who lives 7 houses away on the same street is having no issues at all

What I can't understand is, my brother who lives a few doors away also the exact same postcode, his service status says everything is fine

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and that an outage is present. Outages can be very specific to addresses and even if another user is a few doors down it doesn't necessarily mean they will also be effected.

As an Outage is present is does mean we are aware and are doing all we can to resolve this for you and everyone effected. Please do let us know how things are looking going forward and out team will do all they can to resolve this for you.
