Red light on hub

Sorry to hear you currently have a red light on your Hub. Can you please confirm the make and model of your Hub? The lights can mean different things on different Hubs - you can view what each light means on each model here.
If it's a Hub 3, this may mean the Hub is overheating. We'll need to do a few checks to see if we can resolve the issue without the need of a Hub replacement:
