Broadband dropping out
Hi,
My broadband has been constantly dropping out over the last 2 months . Can you explain why this is happening please.
Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Note VM will not send an engineer until all area faults are rectified.
In the meantime, setup a BQM to monitor and record your incoming circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
