I am unable to order wifi pods through the app or virgin media as my speed in low. How do i order it as

I am unable to order the WiFi pods through the app or virgin media account as I was told to by the customer service team. How do I order the pods as no option given as my speed is low which qualifies for the WiFi pods.

If the app doesn't allow you to order your first pod, you would be best to wait for a VM representative to pick this post up and offer to help.

Hi there

I spoke to someone in the technical team on the 02/02/24  and they have ordered a wifi pod for me as I qualify for one, but I have not received any sort of communication to state the order has been placed nor can I see on my orders on my Vigin Media account.
