My hub is showing a red light and has been for over a week. I've reported it but no one seems interested. I don't know how to get anyone's attention.

Sorry to see your hub is on a red light ☹.
What hub do you have?
If it is a hub 3 please ensure you have met these steps below:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
If it is hub 4 is it a flashing or solid red light?
Let us know how you get on and what hub it is.

I've read all that several times. It doesn't work. The red light has been on for three weeks at least. It's a hub 3.
