Why do I keep getting a white screen when I attempt to log into the Hub Manager on Hub 4 using 192,168,0,1, I get a login screen and then once I enter my password I get a fixed white screen, the only way to attempt login again is to reset the hub which resets the login screen, if I don't log out of the white screen before attempting anther login in I get a message saying I am logged in which I am clearly not. I have tried now multiple attempts using wifi, ethernet, PC, Mobile and all are unsuccessful, my virgin connect app also shows that my hub is nkt discovered although I have full Wifi and ethernet broadband

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble with your Hub 4 recently. Are these issues ongoing today? If so, can you please clarify how you went about performing the reset of the router that you're referring to?
