I have a slow flashing red light on my Virgin Hub 5x. Tried the usual fixes, switching off at the wall, pressing the reset button underneath, but these fixes do not resolve it.
From reading different posts on the forum, I'm assuming I need to book an engineer, can one of the forum team private message me in order to arrange this please?

It also doesn't appear to be overheating and sits in a well ventilated area
