I got a free hub 5 as Wi-Fi didn’t cover whole house. I still do not, how do I get free pods am I entitled to £100 credit. My account still says M350 and to upgrade is £8 mtg, but I already have hub 5

Getting a Hub 5 doesn't entitle you to anything. It simply means that you have the latest model Hub. It may or may not give you better WiFi, nothing else.

You got the hub 5 free lucky you now just make your WiFi better by getting your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

Please explain some more. What speed have you signed up for? Unless you have signed up for 1G you will not get "free" pods. It has been reported on the board by some that the Hub5 has no better WiFi than the other VM hubs.

The time has come to invest in some Wireless Access points or a Wi-Fi Mesh.

There are many advantages to owning and controlling your own Wi-Fi kit, not least it will work with the next ISP when the option to escape from VM comes along.
