Hub 5 Packet loss

Hi, I am experiencing packet loss with the hub 5 on my ps5. With the previous box i had no issues and when i first purchased the hub5 there were no issues however now there are constant hiccups in my wifi which makes it extremely difficult to do well in competitive gaming. The same issue is occuring on my brothers gaming laptop however when i run tests the download speeds seem to be fine. The troubleshooting has not helped at all

Competitive gaming over Wi-Fi . . . You can not be serious !

Even on a great day most all of the Latency / Jitter / Dropped frames is down to use of half duplex Wi-Fi.

as long as my wifi is stable ping isnt really significant for me. the issue is it isnt stable and it was fine on my old virgin media router. Also logging in with the ip on the router shows there is an issue with the router

Hi @Azzure thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

We have ran some checks and it appears some of the power levels to your Hub are outside of the specifications so this could be the reason for the intermittency.
