Hub 3 Light Indicator Issue ...

I noticed today that the normal white bar along the bottom front of my Hub 3 is red. It’s well ventilated, the unit and the white cable connection at the back are only slightly warm to touch. It’s working fine for broadband and wifi. Should I be worried? Or just leave well alone?

If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

Thanks. I contacted VM via their chat service. Apparently they need to send me a new modem...which should hopefully come next week. Certainly didn't appreciate them using the interaction about a technical issue to try to get me back on contract ... which is not happening. Really annoying.

Check in your MyVm account to see if it's actually been ordered.
