HUB3 Red Light

Hi,

For the past 2 months my hub 3 has been showing a red light, the connection seems fine, speed tests look normal, and the online hub test shows no issues.

I have done multiple pin hole resets and as suggested I unplug it when I’m asleep or out of the house in case of a fire.

Some assistance with replacing the hub would be appreciated thank you.

Sorry to hear of the red light showing on the Hub and the problems getting support with this, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Can you follow these steps and let us know if it helps:

 

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.

• Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.

Hi,

I switch the Hub off at night and when I leave the house in case of fire as suggested on other posts, it has been in the same upright well-ventilated position since the technician originally installed it.

The hub functions normally, a little hot to the touch and shows the red let.
