As of yesterday our Hub switched to a constant red light. From seeing others posts this usually indication of over heating and requires a technician to replace.
Can I get a a technician booked in please?
Hub is free standing and well ventilated. I have unplugged it, cleaned it and allowed it to cool down. Rebooted only to seethe same light.

Sorry to hear that you've a red light warning on the hub 3. In most cases, this is just an LED error within the hub itself rather than anything more concerning, but it's always best to err on the side of caution. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop down.
