Had my hub 5 for about a year and for about 5 months had problems with the 5ghz channel disappearing randomly. Slowly gotten worse to the point where even a factory reset isn't bringing it back now and I'm reliant on the 5ghz.
The only setting on the router that isn't stock is the 5 and 2.4 being split. When the 5hz channel drops it cannot be seen by several (all) devices I own. Definitely a hub fault.
What the best way to get this replaced? I really don't fancy an hour on the phone to a call center going through scripts.
