In HUB 3 setttings I am told that 2.4 G and 5G are working but I cannot con nect our phones and tablets to either. Virgin Connect cannot seee them.
Any advice please

This issue sounds similar to ours, perhaps a Hub 3 RESET is also required.

Hey athegn, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
If all devices are working and connecting this is good news, they will just connect to the best possible connection automatically.
Did you try a reset?
