Getting really frustrated now. Only been a customer 3 weeks. Was all working fine, now in the last week, internet (and therefore tv) drops, and my hun flashes green for up to 4 hours at a time.
I’ve tried resetting, got an email from CM stating I needed a reboot, done this. And STILL no internet.
any other ideas before I try and cancel and go back to sky?
